"We can’t cover everything for everyone," he said.

...and the Libs want single-payer. This should open their eyes, but it won't.

Diogenesis, get some perspective, this question is age-old.

Neither our country nor any other can afford to give the most advanced care to everyone.

The Left's answer is therefore to provide it to no one (but of course the very wealthy or well-connected will find a way).

The Right way is to allow individuals to provide for their own care. What's originally affordable only to the rich, due to market forces becomes more and more affordable to almost everyone.

The society becomes wealthier, and individuals can provide charity for those among the needy whom they consider deserving.

i’ve lived in canada, norway and finland and they all do just fine giving health care without breaking their banks to their citizens and to foreigners like me while i was there. check your sources, mon vieux, because they have led you to an epic fail....
