It was a skit, IIRC, where he was doing an announcement that the Emancipation Proclamation had been withdrawn and was calling on all black people to turn themselves in to the nearest white person....

I think the Right using the words "golf" and "Chicago" are justified because:

1. President Obama has played WAY too much golf during his Presidency.
2. We all know the very corrupt politics of Chicago, perhaps one of the last cities where machine politics still rules (Rahm Emanuel needed the support of the Daley family in order to become Mayor). And Obama is very well-versed in Chicago-style politics.
