A curious specter will be hovering over the Democratic convention this week. It is the ghost of Frank Marshall Davis, Communist Party USA member 47544 and mentor to a young Barack Obama.
.....Frank Marshall Davis's politics were so radical, and so pro-Soviet, that the Democrats who ran the Senate in 1956 summoned him to Washington to testify on his pro-Soviet activities. Even more remarkable, the FBI placed him on the federal government's Security Index, meaning that if a war broke out between the United States and the Soviet Union, Obama's mentor could have been placed under immediate arrest.
I've noted this here before. I've also noted Davis's unceasing class-based rhetoric and class warfare. Those words will be echoing throughout the halls of the Democratic convention this week, especially from the mouth of the man Davis influenced.
....Tellingly, Davis himself, in an eerily Obama-like sentiment, had emphasized the need for "fundamental change" in America -- advocating exactly that in his kick-off column for the Chicago Star on July 6, 1946. Well, with the Democrats and with Barack Obama, he has gotten just that. Frank Marshall Davis's presence will be there at the Democrats' convention this week.

All in the (Political) Family ..................."In 1940, Frank Marshall Davis got involved in one of the worst communist fronts: the American Peace Mobilization. Congress called the group "one of the most notorious and blatantly communist fronts ever organized in this country" and "one of the most seditious organizations which ever operated in the United States." The group's objective (in 1940) was to stop the United States from entering the war against Hitler. Why? Because Hitler had signed a non-aggression pact with Stalin, and American communists, being loyal Soviet patriots who literally swore allegiance to the USSR, saluted Stalin.
One of the first examples I found of Frank Marshall Davis getting noticed by Congress was a 1944 Congressional report listing his involvement in the American Peace Mobilization. That same report also cited the involvement of a fellow Chicagoan named Robert Taylor. Taylor was the grandfather of Valerie Jarrett.
Taylor also served with Davis on another communist front, the Chicago Civil Liberties Committee, whose members masqueraded as civil-rights crusading "progressives." The two served on the board together.
Both Taylor and Davis would have frequently encountered another politically active Chicagoan, Vernon Jarrett. Vernon Jarrett and Frank Marshall Davis worked together on the small publicity team of the communist-controlled Packinghouse Workers Union, which Frank Marshall Davis publicly called for nationalizing. Vernon Jarrett would one day become Valerie Jarrett's father-in-law...........
....And what about David Axelrod?...."
In plain language, we have witnessed a communist coup. So power has been gained, the end of a 7 decade march by these people. They have goals for society and will get them by deceit and guile if they can. But it would be irresponsible of us not to expect that they could become violent when facing the loss of this hard won power, or when they see a group as the last thing in their way.
They are dangerous.
Axelrod and his family should be vetted all the way back to change of the family name to reported roots with Trotsky and Lenin.
Emile outlines the assumptions under which young boys, especially, should be educated. Rousseau's philosophy on education stressed the natural goodness of man and a condemnation of social conventions, most of which he believed were culpable for man's corruptive behavior. To rehabilitate mankind, Emile emphasizes the following for the various stages of a person's initial education:
1. The purpose of education is to develop a child's natural capacities. Natural education should be as far-removed from society as possible.
2. The aim of education should always be child-centered and individualized. Children learn by utilizing their senses; they are guided by natural curiosity.
3. A good teacher is unobtrusive; teachers are not there to enforce doctrine or rigid instruction.
4. Children must never be pushed to acquire information. If they are moved on their own to learn about something, they will.
5. Children will develop a sense of morality through their trials and errors. They do not acquire morals by being punished for bad behavior. Teachers are never to discipline children for perceived wrongdoing.
From such ideas, many American educators were able to promote and systematize a progressive agenda in education that placed a premium on child-centered (as opposed to knowledge-centered) instinctual "learning activities." As progressive teaching models came to have more influence, authoritative, well-informed teachers and traditional textbooks began to be viewed as antediluvian and unnecessary.
Once the progressive education models of the '60s and '70s turned into their present-day postmodern structures, administrators became especially devoted to using the following paradigms to motivate students to learn:
1. Defining a student's intellectual abilities through self-expression activities such as dance, unstructured writing, self-written poetry readings, and various forms of play.
2. A de-emphasizing of the core curriculum subjects of Western civilization in favor of subjects that underscore minority issues and excessive openness towards diversity.
3. Achieving academic equality through non-competitive groupthink projects.
4. Caricaturing and condemning traditional learning methods and devices such as rote memorization, drill, and recitation.
5. "Dumbing down" or avoiding subjects that can be mastered only through ongoing practice and hard work.
6. Grade inflation.
All of these ideas and practices have failed American students by the factory-load and are responsible for creating successive generations of "me, myself, and I" citizens who lack intellectual depth and who are prone, paradoxically, to unproductive mob behavior."..........................
Is there more than what's in this article?
McCarthy and the Birchers were right.
That they were smeared from Hell to breakfast is the proof of it. The history of the CPUSA and the fellow-traveling media's assault on the truth during the fifties and sixties is the story of our demise.

They are dangerous, yes; but the American people are dangerous too for allowing all of this to happen. The people are too uninformed to understand imminent danger.
The grade inflation is rampant in colleges today too, but the American people are too uninformed to know.

NO WONDER Obama has Communist / Marist policies after studying the Frank Marshall Davis and David Axelrod connection , especially after reading their biographies. I don’t think the general public is aware of how deeply entrenched Obama is into the Marxist philosophies. We need to remove him NOW.
If you made up a novel with this plot it wouldn’t be plausible, but we actually elected the Manchurian Candidate.
I don’t beleive the Birchers were BUT McCarthy certainly was.
The cpusa ususally runs a presidential candidate.
In 2008, they figured that their candidate and obama were so close that it was not worth running someone. So they endorsed obama. The are endorsing him again.
Bring back HUAC!
I know a woman, I won’t call her ignorant. I’ll call her stupid. She said “What’s wrong with socialism? The library is socialist.”
Believe me, there are millions of people in this country who know EXACTLY what they’re voting for. As I’ve said before, they think they’ll get a pay raise when they’ll actually get a pay cut and a cut in their standard of living.
