What with potential millions of BOLOs and as yet unservered international arrest warrants ...well, it just might suppress crowd turnout for various Democrat splinter groups.

You may have a slight point. Dems stoke emotions, rather than logic in people's thinking processes, and women trend towards being more emotionally driven than men. An unsaved woman, without discernment, may be easier to manipulate than a man, though many, many men obviously are also manipulated.
On the other hand, a discerning, God loving woman with the truth, is able to defend it ferociously, being more skillful at communication (because she uses both sides of her brain at the same time), on the average, than a man. Look at Sarah Palin for instance. A woman with the truth can be a dynamo!
