AND NOW . . . amidst billowing clouds of fragrant, aromatic first- and second-hand premium cigar smoke. . . it is time for . . . that harmless, lovable little fuzz ball, the highly-trained broadcast specialist, having more fun than a human being should be allowed to have, from behind the golden EIB microphone, firmly ensconced in the prestigious Attila-the-Hun chair at the Limbaugh Institute of Advanced Conservative Studies, serving humanity simply by showing up, and he’s not retiring until every American agrees with him, do NOT doubt him, with shrieks of joy at the mere mention of his name (that’s Rush, for those in Rio Linda),the Mandarin of Talk Radio, with talent on loan from G-d, at the cutting-edge of societal evolution, with half his brain tied behind his back — just to make it fair, the all-knowing, all-caring, all-sensing, all-feeling, all-concerned Maha-Rushie! America’s anchorman, truth detector, and doctor of democracy. A Real Man, a living legend, a way of life. Commander in Chief of U.S. Operation Chaos. Chief Waga-Waga El Rushbo of the El Conservo Tribe. Chief of the Patriotism Police. Leader of the Conservative Movement. A Weapon of Mass Instruction. El Rushbo (a little Spanish lingo, there). He is the man who is running America (you know it and I know it). He knows the Democrats like every square inch of his glorious naked body. He is ready to do what he was born to do—that’s host. Get ready to what you were born to do—that’s listen (and post your comments on the Rush Limbaugh LIVE Radio Thread).

Rush mentioned DNC Ratings:

10:00PM

NBC Democratic National Convention - Live
Adults
1.3/4
Overall Rating
5.33

ABC Democratic National Convention - Live
Adults
0.7/2
Overall Rating
2.59

CBS Democratic National Convention - Live
Adults
0.6/2
Overall Rating
3.22

DNC got a total of 11.14 For Overall Rating for all three Networks.

RNC got 11.04 total for all three networks last Tuesday. So it was very close for the three networks and especially for the holiday week with the RNC.

DNC got a 2.68 for a total in the main demo of adults 18-45 for Tuesday night.

RNC last Tuesday got a 2.40 in main demo.

Since the pubbies had their convention right before Labor Day it's pretty much on par ratings wise with the DNC....so far.

Obama and the Democrats have redefined the middle class to a lower level.

Great line for a Bill Clinton speech “failure, there’s no evidence...”

Plus a large part of the country was dealing with hurricane Isaac during our convention.

Other than Chris Plante I haven’t heard anyone else playing the clip of Chuckie Schroomer saying they have successfully separated the middle class from the 1-3%.

Being Obama says Republicans have old ideas,
I would like to ask Democrats and their supporters;

1. Name each of Obama’s new ideas that are supposed to improve the economy?

2. Please detail how each of the new ideas are supposed to improve an economy?

I’ve been watching it all on C-SPAN this year for the first time because no commercials and no commentary. I’ve not seen any ratings on them and wonder if more people are doing the same?

I've always done that...c-spin, sometimes it's not.
C-SPAN, is the best in the election years.

I really enjoyed the C-SPAN coverage of the RNC convention. I might stop referring to them as “C-SPIN” for a while.

I usually call it C-SPIN but decided to give them a break because I do prefer them now and you get to see everything the networks cut out.

They still have Washington Journal that allows Libtards to go unchallenged and call in on the Independent and Republican phone lines. Plenty of spin there.

Oh well then ..lol
Most of people on Twitter are not even from the US, but I guess that doesn’t mean they won’t vote in Philly or Miami.
