George Zimmerman's defense team wants educational and disciplinary records for Trayvon Martin, the Miami Gardens teen Zimmerman shot Feb. 26 in Sanford, according to a new post on the defense's blog.
Zimmerman's team posted this morning that it has begun its discovery process, issuing several subpoenas aimed at gathering records on Trayvon's school history dating back to middle school.

Heh! Great minds think alike! :-)
It's like the article said -- an acronym for an obscenity.
Good. I hope the defense goes full OJ on this ridiculous prosecution.
The prosecution is doing what Johnnie Cochran insisted the OJ prosecutors were doing: trying to railroad a black man.
Judge will have to release records to defense team. If not, any conviction will be overturned on appeal because they denied discovery
The Black Racists will whine about this, but this is not an unusual type of request, especially when there is already credible evidence that Martin had disciplinary issues at school
Of course they are. By simply being there. So far it appears the forensics will prove whom the true aggressor is. And then there's the 911 recording telling GZ to report back on what TM was doing. Tough to do if you leave the scene.
"The courts are disgusting on this one."
Agreed.
Naturally. after all, he could have been hussein’s son.
The good news:
Trayvon Martin’school records have been subpoenaed by the defense:

The bad news:
“In the case of Trayvon Martins school records, they are protected and will NOT be part of the public record, without appropriate court order.”
But I’m sure the crack journalists at the OS will make sure that we all get to see them.
Here are a couple of photos of recent photos of Trayvon Martin . . . taken 9 days before his death.
Trayvon was 511 and weighed 158#. George was 58 and weighed 204#. Who was the big guy?
Trayvon had two tattoos, none were on his face. One tattoo, on his wrist, was his mothers name.
George has two tattoos. One tattoo, on his chest, is the name of his cousin who has accused him of sexual assault: CHRISTINA. Some here will argue that he really meant to have his grandmothers name there but he is a poor speller and has ADHD, thus he got it wrong.
thanks for the reply, not even close to picture I was sent
Did ya hear that Alicia Martin’s nickname is “Cat”? There goes the ‘dad was a gang member’ theory ....

Only Zimmerman's grades were released - and they were far from impressive. I'd like to see all his records. Why was he shipped off to Florida as soon as he got out of high school?
And I'd like to see Zimmerman's . . . but ooops, they didn't do one. He's on a heavy-duty drug cocktail of uppers and downers . . . was he abusing his meds?
And you know that was taken 9 days before his death how???
Who was the big guy?
The ME measured TM at 5'11" LONG not tall. There is shrinkage post mortem which means that he was taller than 5'11" when he was puttin the "whupaz" on his victim, probably closer to 6'2".
Zimmerman was an out of shape guy - I’m 5’8”, and I’m overweight at 175. At 200+...I’d be heavy, but not in a good way.
Interesting posting history you got there... Nothing from October 2005 until you re-appeared in April 2012 to play apologist for the late unlamented Trayvon.
Maybe the ME stated he was 5'11" long because he was on a slab, not standing?
Are you implying his bones shrank after he died???
. . . Give me a break . . .Be sure to watch Dr. Phil on Monday. Zimmerman's good buddy Mark Osternman will be on.
Did you also work as a bouncer?
How convenient.
That "CaT" tattoo on his neck looked quite old and faded. Take another look at it. It is/was older than their relationship.
If they equate, then why not use "tall"??? Why write "long"???
Are you implying his bones shrank after he died???
Bones don't -- but muscles do contract post mortem.
And that's the long and short of it.
