Why would the Romney campaign be giving inside information to Politico?
It’s tough to run against a nanny state in a nation full of foreigners and illegal aliens. America has become the Great Pinata. Bash away and the goodies fall out.

I don’t believe it. If Romney aids are pleased with the lackluster Obama speech, they would not be concerned about state polls right now. They have not even began to campaign aggressively. . They chose specifically to play nice in the convention just a week ago. They didn’t even try to go after Obama nor begin laying out the specific agenda. If they were concerned about polls, they would not have chosen the strategy they did. They were doing what they did for the long view....to counter he democratic narratives and present a better view of Mitt. It was building a base for the next two months. A losing campaign would have gone a whole different direction.

I think it’s wrong to say that people are choosing a Communist system. What they’re choosing is freebies—lots of them—and a “live for today” mindset that is reflected in both the fiscal policies and the social policies of the Democratic party. Notice what the Dems highlighted at their convention? They LOVE abortion and gay sex, and they hate God. That pretty much sums up where we are as a country.
Well, if Mitt’s “top advisors” have already conceded, I guess I don’t need to send any money to his campaign. I’m glad they told me this. I’ll send it to somebody else.
We got a couple of October Surprises to go through, so things ain’t settled yet.
1) Obama had to move his speech from 70K venue to a 20K venue (And lets remember, the weather was great!)
2) Obama didn't bring up his two signature issues in his convention speech: ObamaCare & Stimulus! Hmm, wonder why?
3) Obama has blown through a good chunk of his war chest trying to hammer Romney with negative ads on Romneys association ith Bain, and the War on Women. Doesn't look like that worked out to well, now did it?
4) The jobs figures from last week are horrendous!
5) David Axelrod threatens Gallup with a law suite.
6) They also massage these polls to give them the results they desire.
Sorry, but if you guys want to sit here and wring your hands you go right ahead, but I'm not buying this B.S. for one moment. These polls and reality simply do not jive. I swear, the Left must laugh their A$$es off at us. We make their work so much easier.

Reading the article it sounds like everything is the same as it was a couple months ago.
Considering how little Romney has advertised in that period, and how much Obama has, that’s at least not bad.

Obama will lose every state he currently polls under 50% in, including Ohio. His maximum vote is 47%.

If you don’t want to read Politico saying Hussein is winning, tune in the next time Karl Rove is on and he will tell you Romney is winning, and you can believe him. It will be this way until election day.

The Romney campaign has not even started to run the negative economy ads blaming Obama yet.Let’s face it.In reelection battles with a dismal economy, it is all about the incumbent not the challenger.When Romney wins it will because most folks will not so much have voted for Romney as against the incumbent.That is the purpose of the negative ad campaign.How many of you have seen concentrated negative ads on the economy in your areas.
