That's pretty hard to do. What you can do is create a series of short videos, all connected in form and style, that individually address each of the many points raised in the 13 minute video (of course, without the unnecessary commercial at the end for the 2016 movie).

OKAY Romney ad people— are YOU listening? This is devastating... the quotes are all obama what he really thinks all along, not his last “speech”.
The so-called “reasonable” moderates (fence sitters who want to feel “good”about their vote— the very ones obamao targets with repubs are bigots adverts)— respond to reasoned provable facts that prove he is a liar.
It has to be done quickly, factually and calmly. And this needs to be the Reagan “well, there you go again” approach. Proper “branding” of obamao. Hard core conservatives know who and more precisely WHAT he is, and we need to reach THOSE democrats whose party left them long ago, and they just can’t stop pulling for the machine that is left (even if it is run by absolute marxists).
Hope we see these in ads— the sound bites are short and to the point.
