Of course, liberal Bookman is delighted, but he really has no answers to the question posed in his title. His only suggestion is that most voters figure things would just be worse under the GOP.

The percentage of Americans receiving a monthly check from the Government is rapidly approaching 50%.

As the saying goes “the only poll that counts is the one on Election Day”, there is a story out there via Dick Morris about how David Axelrod has been pushing and intimidating Gallup after one of their polls didn’t look so good for 0bama, in fact the inJustice Department is pursuing legal action against Gallup based on the accusations of a ‘whistleblower’ who coincidentally worked on the 0bamunist campaign in ‘08.

And when they’re running “Vote As If Your Life Depended On It!” ads on the black network? That’s a sure sign of confidence.
Here’s the Democrat prayer....

“Oh Tinkerbell! Blow some magic dust up my nose!”

In other words, most voters are idiots.

Romney is only losing if you believe the polls...which by the way, are worthless.

I don’t believe this election will even be close.

Shouldn’t we be asking why Obama is polling so high despite all his bad ideas?

Limbaugh had the correct answer why.. IMO.

Polls are more to shape public opinion than to uncover and report public opinion -- UNTIL faulty reporting could affect the polling companies' future.

The week or so before election day will be when the companies forget helping their favorites and concentrate on accuracy -- that's when their asses are on the line. History will remember those polls.

Is Romney really losing when he polls 1-3 pts behind Obama during Obama’s post convention dead cat bounce in polls that oversample Dems by 4-6 pts?

Of course, historically, the polls haven’t meant a thing at this point in the race against an unpopular incumbent.

Seriously, is he losing? Or is Bookman just suffering some cognitive dissonance because he can see the reasons that Romney is actually winning, but can’t bring himself to realize that The One is going to lose?

And bear in mind that Obama’s outspent his fundraising on petty, easily disproved ads while Romney’s amassed a huge amount of cash and is about to spend it.

Romney was chosen by the MSM and Soros and the
DNC because he would depress the vote,
would not adopt a conservative plank and therefore
could probably not win, even BEFORE
he re-adopted this week his hated RomneyCARE.

America will not vote lightly
for the originator of ObamaCARE
when 80% despise it.

Even Massachusetts will not
go for Romney.
The MSM and Soros and the DNC
were wiser than than the GOP in picking Romney.

The headline is misleading and in a meaningful way.

He writes, “Romney should be winning...”.

Winning? That is the wrong word. There is only one contest and it occurs on election day. What we have to date is polls. The polls are run by various organizations and are not votes cast by citizens. Obviously.

You probably saw the recent articles that showed that at the same time back in 1980, Carter was up by 4% over Reagan. Reagan won by 9% and took 44 states.

So, Mr. Bookman, the question is not “Why isn’t Romney winning?”. The question is why do the polls always favor liberals;)

The sleeping giant has awakened.

Romney SHOULD be winning, but isn’t. Why is that?

Because elections are not a gradual thing like a baseball or football season. Elections will occur on November 6 and once the votes are counted, we'll know who the winner is. The goofyass "polls" are all over the place and really don't mean anything. Right now, these "polls" are being used by Barry's state controlled "media" as a way to swing the voters over to their "messiah". The author needs to lighten up and shouldn't get excited. These "polls" didn't get 2010 right. What would make them right this time? This is the Error of Obama. EVERYTHING that happens is "unexpected". Barry is going to get his ass "unexpectedly" kicked in November. Americans are fed up. IMHO.

Why? Because it is all about who counts (or reports) the votes.
