The Soviets invaded Poland with Hitler in 1939.

Actually the best case scenario would have been for Hitler to take Moscow and put Stalin at risk of being overthrown by the likes of Khrushchev, who certainly while not a saint, would have been much better than Stalin.

Krushchev was too far down the food chain then to be a direct threat to Stalin. It would have had to have been someone like Beria or Molotov.

I couldn’t see Beria turning on Stalin, unless he thought Stalin was going to kill him first, and Molotov was weak. Khrushchev was certainly capable of forming a coalition. A lot of people see him as a buffoon because of how he acted when he was the leader of the Soviet Union, but he was a very shrewd man.

FDR the darling of the Left and Progressives knew all about this but did not want to disclose this and covered up this war crime involving his friends in Russia.

“The historical record carries other evidence Roosevelt knew in 1943 of Soviet guilt. One of the most important messages that landed on FDR’s desk was an extensive and detailed report British Prime Minister Winston Churchill sent him. Written by the British ambassador to the Polish government-in-exile in London, Owen O’Malley, it pointed to Soviet guilt at Katyn.”

The parallels of how Obama is covering up crimes committed by our Islamist enemies just as FDR did for Stalin are remarkable.
