Good news/Bad news.
Good news: the 43% for 0bama appears to be a ceiling for him. It’s pretty clear that he has difficulty getting any permanent traction above 43% nationally, and in particular in the battleground states.
Bad news: 43% is also his floor. Which means that 43% of likely voters are stupid enough, corrupt enough, or just plain lazy enough, to vote for the WORST American president in a century no matter what. And in some states such as California, New York and Massachussetts, that number is well over 50%.
I think you could have a video of 0bama simultaneously selling drugs to a 10 year old girl, engaging in a sex act with Reggie Love, while accepting a bribe at midnight in the basement of the Chinese Embassy, and he wouldn’t lose any of that 43%. And that number seems to increase every decade, which does not bode well for the long-term prospects for our country.
Interesting. So 0bama did get a convention bounce in VA. A negative one since it turned off a whole lot of people who may have otherwise been open to voting for him.
Oh noes Obama had it in the bag!?/sarc
Is there a breakdown M-W, D-R-I? Can’t read too much into this without those stats.
This is consistent with what I’ve seen on the ground in the last 10 days. A lot more willard signs and stickers. Willard seems to be breaking out a bit. I personally don’t think the margin is that big but the trend is going willard*.
The great news here is of course that George Allen is winning against the eyebrow.
*Full disclosure: I think willard is a rotten candidate, a poseur, etc. and I fully intend to vote second party against him. However I see no reason to be dishonest about what I see.
That’s a very large sample for just one state. Might be a good poll.
Obama the capitalism-hating, liberty-hating, America-hating Marxist must be destroyed!!

Romney or Obama will be the next President.
Spending all your time trash talking Romney, as you do, does one thing help, help re-elect Obama.
Find it odd that supposed “social conservatives” around here are busy campaigning here to reelect a candidate like Obama who is not only pro gay marriage but also favors taxpayer funded abortion on demand up to birth.
That the ticket Kent, just squeal louder. Don’t let any inconvenient facts penetrate your little Pro Obama bubble world.
