President Obama's Campaign Trashes '2016: Obama's America'
Hollywood Reporter ^ | 9/11/2012 | Paul Bond

Filmmakers call it "the movie the White House doesn't want you to see." Apparently, they're right.

Perhaps the president was hoping 2016: Obama’s America would come and go unnoticed like so many other political documentaries. But seven weeks after its opening, the film is still going strong, prompting Barack Obama to finally respond, which he has done through a lengthy entry at his campaign’s website that calls the movie “a deliberate distortion” of his “record and world view.”

I hope Mitt Romney has seen the movie and taken copious notes. This film needs to come up in the debates. Obama can not refute anything in the movie, it’s all true. He is an anti-globalist and that’s what drives his train. Everything he does comes from a non American anti-globalist point of view. Go see the film, it nails Obama for what he is.

well, that’s very interesting. it must be having its intended effect. Who know D’nesh DeSouza could kick such *ss? Good on him!

We’re seeing it Friday, as a fundraiser for a local congressional candidate. Amazingly it was hubby who is most intrigued, but I’m happy to indulge his political curiosity.

Wish I had money to buy food, let alone movie tickets.

Already paying the electric bill late.

My post “And we immediately apologized. Really. We did.”
Your post: “Oh Good God, I hope you’re kidding! Seriously!”

Yes, seriously. We apologized.

“The U.S. embassy had put out a statement earlier on Tuesday condemning “misguided individuals” who hurt the religious feelings of Muslims or followers of other religions.

“We firmly reject the actions by those who abuse the universal right of free speech to hurt the religious beliefs of others,” the U.S. embassy said in its statement.””

I’m sorry!

It’s a very cheap fundraiser, only about $10 over what it normally costs to go to the movies. We do that about once a year!

“D’Souza falsely claimed that President Obama said he didn’t believe in American Exceptionalism.”

Correction, Obama sees it and DESPISES IT.

“D’Souza falsely asserted that President Obama funded $2 billion in Brazilian oil exploration even though numerous fact checkers and reporters have noted that President Obama had nothing to do with the loan.”

How many of those FaCKed Chekkers are funded by George Soros front groups? Didn’t $oros profit from the Brazilian oil deal?

“D’Souza falsely charged that President Obama backed Scotland’s release of the Lockerbie bomber only weeks after the Obama administration had put out a statement opposing Scotland’s decision.”

He said/she said situation.

Same with the release of a child rapist named Roman Polanski.

FUBO.

“D’Souza even claimed that President Obama passed the bank bailouts when the facts clearly show that it was President Bush who signed the Troubled Asset Relief Program into law in October 2008.”

That may be the case (GOP base and Congress opposed it initially).

However, Barry Hussein Obama Whiny B!tch demanded more money more money more money that he has SINCE tallied as “Bush’s debt” when Barack was merely in the “Office of President Elect”.

Bush gives ground to Obama on car industry bail-out
Congress asked to approve Colombia trade pact in return for multibillion dollar loan to the US auto industry

The shifting balance of power in Washington was graphically illustrated today when Barack Obama wrung his first concession from George Bush over the troubled car industry.

During an hour-long meeting with President Bush in the White House on Monday, the president-elect had made a plea for a multi-billion dollar bail-out for the country’s three struggling car manufacturers, Chrysler, General Motors and Ford.

It was the first test of wills between Obama, who as a Democrat instinctively favours intervention, and Bush, who is still ideologically resistant to using federal funds to prop up private companies. Although Bush was forced to agree to a $700bn (£454bn) rescue package for the banking, insurance and mortgage industries, he has so far drawn a line at the car companies...

“It should say enough about D’Souza’s credibility that a movie catering to the Tea Party attacks someone for allegedly ‘anti-colonial’ views,” the entry reads. “His attempts to hide his lies behind pseudo-scholarly presentation and glossy production values cannot withstand basic scrutiny. The facts show that 2016: Obama’s America is nothing more than an insidious attempt to dishonestly smear the President by giving intellectual cover to the worst in subterranean conspiracy theories and false, partisan attacks.”

And on this very day, the anniversary of 9/11, the American embassy in Cairo has been raided, the American flag torn down and replaced with the flag of the Muslim Brotherhood.

The meme I heard on the news (Hate Department?) is that some movie about Obama Mohammed set them off. Don't know the title though.

If they don’t like it, a good portion of the movie is of BHO speaking himself -either on the stump or reading from his own book.

I watched the movie last week. The production quality was good and the research path the film followed wasn’t extreme, but did a good at connecting the dots through interviews and Obummer’s own words. This is a movie that should be shown in schools, on public television, etc.

View the 2016 doc. movie today.

It was well done, but there was nothing that I did not already know, and I felt there was not enough of what the next four years would be like, of course on that, we all know it will be far worse than we can imagine, every city will look like Detroit, and all living like his brother.

Still, I'm happy to contribute to the cause of supporting producers that will tell the truth.
