This is some "coincidental" data from a week prior to the attack on the Egyptian and Libyian consulates.

I’d be interested in hearing the thoughts of others. Was there ever any plan for a ‘post-Mubarek’ Egypt or post -Gaddhafi Libya from our previous administration? I’m sure (or at least would have expected) that they would have considered different scenarios. Look how quickly Karzai was brought back to Afghanistan as an example.
