CAIRO (Reuters) - Egyptian President Mohamed Mursi has appointed members of the Muslim Brotherhood as provincial governors, moves seen as part of a drive to purge loyalists of ousted Hosni Mubarak from state bodies and strengthen support for the new Islamic leader.
The president's office announced on Tuesday that it had picked 10 new governors, and said all those appointed were chosen on merit rather than party affiliation.

THere’s no fixing this that I can see. TIme to roll up and roll out.
I’d be interested in hearing the thoughts of others. Was there ever any plan for a ‘post-Mubarek’ Egypt or post -Gaddhafi Libya from our previous administration? I’m sure (or at least would have expected) that they would have considered different scenarios. Look how quickly Karzai was brought back to Afghanistan as an example.
