I’m pretty sure we do not deliberately re-issue ssnos of the recently departed

the number was issued to a gentleman born in 1890 that died in 1976

of course, grandma-the-0ne worked in an office where the ssnos flowed through. easy enough to grab one for Barry since he needs one for his choom-paying job

The zip code typo could be the correct explanation. Given the keyboard layout, 06814 instead of 96814 is a reasonable typing error. Way back when someone made a searchable file available, I searched for others in Hawaii who had Connecticut numbers. The search found several such people, at least 5, making the zip code explanation somewhat more credible.

The typo explanation may be ridiculous applied to the published bio blurb, but it seems to hold water here.
