Obama wins right to indefinitely detain Americans under NDAA

A lone appeals judge bowed down to the Obama administration late Monday and reauthorized the White Houses ability to indefinitely detain American citizens without charge or due process.
Last week, a federal judge ruled that an temporary injunction on section 1021 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 must be made permanent, essentially barring the White House from ever enforcing a clause in the NDAA that can let them put any US citizen behind bars indefinitely over mere allegations of terrorist associations. On Monday, the US Justice Department asked for an emergency stay on that order, and hours later US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit Judge Raymond Lohier agreed to intervene and place a hold on the injunction.
The stay will remain in effect until at least September 28, when a three-judge appeals court panel is expected to begin addressing the issue.
On December 31, 2011, US President Barack Obama signed the NDAA into law, even though he insisted on accompanying that authorization with a statement explaining his hesitance to essentially eliminate habeas corpus for the American people.

And that worries the living daylights out of me.

Now I know why the Left isn't screaming, protesting or occupying anything over this.... he "feels bad" about it, so it's a-okay.

Funny as in suspicious. Whats going on isnt any kind of joke. Agree, 100%. We're being set up. And instead of performing its traditional role as a guardian against the abuse of government power, the media is "all in".

The NDAA eliminates the posse comitatus act or recognizes the elimination of the act.....
And that worries the living daylights out of me. Not to mention the legitimate suspension of Habeus Corpus.

This means that Obama has the right to indefinitely detain Romney even after the latter has won the election.

When the obozo signed into law the NDAA he included a signed statement that he would not exercise section 1021 but now he is fighting to keep it active. With respect to the future of America, that clearly speaks for itself. As Bill Ayres once stated, the new government will fill anti-capitolism retraining camps. For any American who refuse to be retrained will be put to death. Like other bits of resistance the obozo has encountered when he craps on the constitution, his mafia thugs deliver a threat, and wallah, resistance changes to immediate compliance. I'm sure the same will happen with this issue. As most are doing nothing to stop the demise of our country, it's like the nation is standing on a train track and just watching an approaching locomotive knowing what the obvious outcome is going to be if the train is not stopped. Once the train runs your ass over.............

And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand? The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin's thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt! Solzhenitsyn

Judge Raymond Lohier TRAITOR to the US Constitution. Should be impeached and given the death penalty. By firing squad.
