Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., launched a Twitter tirade against American Airlines Friday night after experiencing delay problems involving a flight to D.C...

It requires them to hold the flight, and bring a mechanic to the gate to check it out. The mechanic says: "OK", and the flight departs about 30 minutes late. I had it happen to me this week.
AA did this to me once. Covered their tracks well, put me up in a nice hotel... but, I didn’t have a session of Congress to get to, so I never thought about it.
I hope this happens more often to politicians. I’m sick and tired of the mergers and the lack of competition in the airline industry they approve.
Rubio was one of the nine senators that was a “did not vote” for Rand Paul’s amendment to cut off funding for the bad guys if they don’t cooperate with investigations. It was an early morning vote last night.

It was defeated 81-10. Simply unbelievable. Pubbies and Dems alike voted against it.

Rubio also supports Govt funding of “preventing Global Warming”.
As a long-time Floridian who understands Florida politics better than the average talking head....Rubio is not a Conservative...people who think he is one...they are not conservative, either

The arrivals and departures are what they are. They are on time or they aren’t. I don’t have to fly that airline so I don’t really give a rats ass.
