Part 1 of 3 Probably the last place you want to think of terrorists striking is your kids' school. But according to two trainers at an anti-terrorism conference on the East Coast, preparations for attacks on American schools that will bring rivers of blood and staggering body counts are well underway in Islamic terrorist camps.
The intended attackers have bluntly warned us they're going to do it. They're already begun testing school-related targets here.They've given us a catastrophic model to train against, which we've largely ignored and they've learned more deadly tactics from. "We don't know for sure what they will do. No one knows the future. But by definition, a successful attack is one we are not ready for," declared one of the instructors, Lt. Col. Dave Grossman. Our schools fit that description to a "T"-as in Terrorism and Threat.
Grossman, the popular law enforcement motivational speaker, and Todd Rassa, a trainer with the SigArms Academy and an advisory board member for The Police Marksman magazine, shared a full day's agenda on the danger to U.S. schools at a recent three-day conference on terrorist issues, sponsored by the International Assn. of Law Enforcement Firearms Instructors (IALEFI) in Atlantic City.
They reminded the audience that patrol officers, including perhaps some with their own children involved, will inevitably be the first responders when terrorists hit. And they documented chilling descriptions of the life-or-death challenges that likely will be faced.
In Part 1 of this three-part report on highlights of their presentations we focus on what's known about the threat to our schools to date, why terrorists have selected them as targets, and what tactics you're likely to be up against in responding to a sudden strike.

Well, ever since 9-11 the American people have taken on a different attitude. We have had our shock already and that was 9-11. A second shock is always less shocking.
Do you remember that shoe bomber guy? People on that plane did not react like the pre 9-11 crowd. Everyone surrounding him on that plane jumped him and tied him down, even though they did not know whether they would be blown up along with the perp.
Evil can not stand for long because as far as God is concerned, they do not have a leg to stand on.
I believe if this happened they would have to post the National Guard at ever Mosque in the country. Because there is one thing Americans would kill for, it’s their kids. God help them and US if they did this.
Our media has been bought up with Arab oil money, they are part of the problem and not on our side just look at their contrived polls.

If 9/11 wasn't bad enough to be a game-changer, then nothing will be. Even after that, Islam was still a religion of peace according to the media and most politicians including Bush. The majority of the public would have been happy to do anything after 9/11 to exterminate the obvious threat, but few elites are willing to do it.
Newt Gingrich is one of the few prominent politicians who talks frankly and clearly about the nature of the Muslim threat. He's also made it fairly clear that we would need to unleash the same kind of brutality we did against our enemies in WW2 to win this war.
Not if Obastard is the head of the giant. He will apologize for offending the delicate sensibilities of the terrorists.
The video has probably already been made. There is most likely a library of tapes so that when something happens, they will just go grab one so Americans can again be blamed for Islamic Terrorist Acts.
There is another thread about the Beslan rape-massacre today. What surprises me is that Grozny, the capital of Chechnya, did not become a smoking, glassed over crater within 24 hours of that horror.
If it should happen here, that fate should befall Mecca, Medina and Qom within hours.
I agree with Newt. And if they did this, they’d deserve it and more of the levels of what we did in WWII.
Point defense such as you are describing is almost impossible to successfully implement, and can easily be overwhelmed. The Israelis do it, but they have no illusions that it will stop a determined enemy.
Their philosphy is one of concentric defense, with defense at the point of attack being the last resort. They much prefer eliminating the threat, early and as far away from the terrorists’ target as possible.
They go after the planners, the financiers, the recruiters, the indoctrinators, the keepers, the inspirational and operational infrastructure of the terrorist organization whenever possible. To try and stop them once they’ve reached the target is to fail 90% of the time.

Gun-free zones where the cops wait for the excitement, the perpetrators and the victims to die down before doing anything about it (Columbine).

Nah. They don’t have to go that far. All they need to do is hijack a few planes and ram them into skyscrapers in one of our cities. If they’d murder about 3,000 people in a single day, I think the USA as a whole would finally wake up and take this budding worldwide theocracy seriously.

Respectfully, It would be classified as work place violence. This administration would be falling over each other in apology to the perpetrators.
School administrators would be sent for sensitivity training as not to provoke another attack. I wish I could attach a “ /s “ but unfortunately, I’m not being sarcastic.
Actually, our government maybe has learned the lesson. The drone strikes that Obeyme are so fond of are actually a good start (and the only thing on which I can agree with him).
But it’s like hamburgers. Everyone (’cept vegans) likes the product, but they are horrified if shown the process (’cept farmers). Call it hypocrisy, whatever, but people are capable of VERY selective perception.
I can't agree. 9/11 could be (and was) taken as "adults attacking adults", with any deaths of youngsters as "collateral damage". A deliberate direct attack on American children will have the same effect that Pearl Harbor did in 1941, only much more so. No mosque or practicing Muslim will be safe, and the retribution abroad will be swift and terrible.
Are Americans capable of such......hell, yes......see the actions taken during the Civil War.

The ACLU people , CAIR idioys, and reporters will be beaten in the streets and their offices destroyed.
They think they can show outrage and vilence? If they harm our kids will teach them how its done, son.
This is very old news.
Perhaps if it starts with the school Malia and Sasha attend it might grab the presidents attention. Otherwise, it will simply be attrbuted to domestic violence by the pretender in chief.
