Looks like nobama doesn't want any competition with his brew.

Must be 3.2 Oklahoma soda pop. Must make a run to the line.

Saw some TO HELL WITH TEXAS beer in Arkansas a few years back.

They should sell the empty bottles. I’d bet they’d make a bundle.

Some photographer needs to do a layout of empty chairs with empty bottles on them.

Less filling, tastes great?

Tastes like Shiite and we’ve had him up to here.

I absolutely love OK. Lived there 7 years and Okies are the friendliest and nicest people on earth. Would move back in a minute.

I am a Texan of many generations but totally admire our spunky neighbors to the North.

My daughter will be in OK next week and my wife said she might have to join her for a Nobama Beer.

License it. License it fast and wide because it’s only going to sell for a month.

I’ll bet there are small breweries in every state who would love to get a piece of that action.

Bring it on.

Word is the suds got its name because it isn't all that dark and doesn't have much of a head!

It's been my experience that Okies get rather testy every time the Horns stop a mud hole in their beloved Sooners ... and then stomp it dry ... especially when you wear a burnt orange necktie with a longhorn symbol and carry a smirk.

I full well expect to find myself in peril again after this year's October 13th whipping ... provided I can track some of them down.

I wonder if this is a free speech case. The application was approved, so they have no issue with the name per se, but they are preventing him from spreading his message outside the state.

There's not a doubt in my mind Huebert Brewing's non-denial denial, at the hands of Kent "Battle" Martin, was POLITICAL.

I loath the University of Texas.

That said, I am also NOT a sports fan of any type. At one time I planned retail stores in an 11 state area. Never was sucked into a Football or athletic dispute. Pretty dumb business move to do so, have seen it happen.

My wife & I graduated from West Texas State. They are now a part of the Texas A&M system. My father was an Aggie.

My daughter is an OU grad. Her husband graduated from Texas Tech & Harvard Law School.

So we are a mixed institution family.

I graduated from OU long ago. My kids graduated from KU and everybody is in Texas now. One grandson is going to to OSU and the other one probably will go to Lubbock. Most of my neighbors are Aggies. If there are any teasips they don’t advertise it.

Going to the Texas State Fair has been on my bucket list for a long time so got together with some friends and went. Didn’t realize the weekend we had picked was the UT/OU game or that the fairgrounds was part of the Cotton Bowl. Interesting time. Want to go back but will pick another weekend next time.

Could the business sell it to wholesalers who then sell out of state?

I’m headed north in a couple of weeks. I guess if I loaded the gooseneck up for the return trip I would be the first Texas distributor.

I don’t even like beer but I think I’ll get some just for the novelty. If I can’t p-— on him ...well.
