10 to 1 it is an issue with the increased levels of ethanol. I have had several customers with their racing fuel cell bladders coming apart at the seams because of the addition of the ethanol to the racing fuel.
Big money change as most are custom made to fit a particular space.
Why only recall cars in warm weather states? Just because the car was sold in NY or somewhere else, that person might be living in FL or AZ now.

Why would racing fuel ever have ethanol in it? I can't imagine VP2 and others having it.
