If she is down to 45 her high water mark has already been reached because she was at 49 a while ago. She is the incumbent and she is at 45 in October = this is almost over. Send Todd something at: Akin.org (I think).

Lots of FReepers are embarrassed by social conservatives like Akin or Santorum and will rip into one if they say something they don’t like. Anybody can be a fiscal conservative but social liberalism is what is destroying this country.

Pray for America

“I saw Gov Christie on one of the morning shows Sunday and he said (in a smug, self righteous manner) that the party shouldn’t support Akin and and that he personally doesn’t. It really sounded like Christie would rather McCaskill be reelected than have Akin in the Senate.”

Yep, that would be the party establishment attitude. The Party-E boys like to have their nails manicured and hobnob with the Beltway glitterati. Yokels from the hinterlands offend them much more than leftists. I bet there are a bunch of Republican party hacks who are praying that ObamaClair defeats Akin (Rove included).

I am with you on that! Newt doesn’t mince words or care what the media says...he knows how important this election is and he knows Akin is a good conservative.
Two of my favorites endorsing Akin are NEWT and Demint.

What is it with the southern boys that were first to get onboard with Akin? Newt, Huckabee, Demint? and later Perry.

and as for Christie..I agree with you..he has done everything but endorse McCaskill.

Bet YOU will be disappointed if Akin wins. Constantly undermining any positive news that comes his way

And you ignore any problems that still exist. Who has the rose colored glasses in this scenario?

Look newbie! we are fighting to elect a conservative to the senate and to beat a full blown leftwing liberal. YOU have been consistent in undermining everything and anything positive about Akin.
Fact that Akin’s poll numbers are moving up doesn’t require rose colored glasses. Fact that big names are campaigning and fundraising for him does not require rose colored glasses. I know you will cry if he wins but he may very well do just that..

I will have a grand old time on election night taunting the feminazis on the message boards if Akin manages to pull this one out!

Ignoring inconvenient facts in the hopes that they will just go away is a funny way to go about doing it, gramps.

I think YOU are a troll for McCaskill. You go to the MO posts for Akin and preach negativity.

I’m guessing she has heard that explanation before.

They've heard it twice from me, and several times in the mail.

You can think what you want to think. Stick your head in the sand and ignore the problems Akin is facing if you like. It isn’t going to make them go away.

Two polls out today have McCaskill up by 6. Link

Akin needs money to counter McCaskill's ads. Some is starting to come in but he needs more.

Another poll has Akin up by 4. YOU don’t live in MO and I am not even sure if you live in the USA by the irish flag on your site but from day one you have been trolling the posts on Akin with your “hope he loses” and how will you feel if he wins?

A recent one? Or the one from two weeks ago?

... but from day one you have been trolling the posts on Akin with your “hope he loses” and how will you feel if he wins?

I'll tell you how I feel if he wins if he wins. In the mean time perhaps you can point to the post where I said I hope he loses. If it's not too much trouble.

LOL! the poll that shows him up by 4 is the topic of this post. Did you read it?
You have been negative from day 1. I have wasted enough time posting you.

I did read it. And, unlike you apparently, I took the next step and actually clicked on the link. That’s where I notice that the poll you’re speaking of was taken 2 weeks ago. More recent polls have different results.

Ok, as of 10/2 , their chart for Senate race has Missouri going from “leans dem“ to “toss up“. Good news for Akin. The race is tightening up

I agree with katiedidit1, you are a VERY negative poster. Bty, your Ireland flag is very interesting. Do you know anything about Missouri? Since you like to do extra research on Missouri polls pertaining to Akin, maybe you should learn more about how Missourians are coming together in support of Todd. Romney will carry Missouri (did you watch the debate between him and the flop sweat dope snorting illegal kenyan last night?). The next polls coming out will not only show Romney taking a huge lead in Missouri but Akin jumping in the lead "big time" over McCaskill (who is just a clone of Obama).

Back off and lay off the attack mode you are so quick to use. Your reputation on this board is getting quite annoying.
