Detroit has not elected a Republican mayor since the 1950's.
What do the top ten (10) cities with the highest poverty rates all have in common? You think it just might be a coincidence?

Detroit, MI (1st on the poverty rate list) hasn’t elected a Republican mayor since 1961;
Buffalo, NY (2nd) hasn’t elected one since 1954;
Cincinnati, OH (3rd)… since 1984;
Cleveland, OH (4th)… since 1989;
Miami, FL (5th) has never had a Republican Mayor;
St. Louis, MO (6th)…. since 1949;
El Paso, TX (7th) has never had a Republican Mayor;
Milwaukee, WI (8th)… since 1908;
Philadelphia, PA (9th)… since 1952;
Newark, NJ (10th)… since 1907.

Stunning...what about New Orleans and Atlanta and Houston? I don’t know if they have democrats leading their cities, but sure do know they’ve certainly got their high rates of crime and poverty...

At the end of the local news report on this story I love the police’s suggestion to the store owner. They suggest hiring an off-duty officer or two for security. HA! Can you say RICO?
We are living in a society where legislation and law enforcement have been aimed squarely at law abiding Americans while criminals are allowed to do as they please. As criminals realize they can indiscriminately pillage and attack innocents without being held to account under existing laws, we can fully expect this trend to spread to currently peaceful neighborhoods. At some point the violence will simply overwhelm local police departments.

Maybe we should treat some of these area like war zones then and empty the magazine.

Would love to see several truckloads of hillbillies park at the station with their shotguns and await the arrival of the gang. I would pay good money to see the resulting spectacle...(this assumes hillbillies would have a REASON to wander into this slum).

People of that city should get together and storm that store and go in and drag those bastards out by the neck and let them know you will not take it..If the police won’t or can’t do anything then you do it..If the thugs see the numbers of people coming for them they will leave..Make sure you take something with you to protect yourself..
I think this is just the beginning and after the election they will do this all over the country..Don’t be chicken they depend on that..These animals will back down if enough people take them..
