Actually, I read (on FR, I believe) that Obama’s tactic in speaking employs a sort of hypnotic cadence; a sort of mind control method. I don’t know that for sure; but suppose it’s possible.

In case you missed it, Hannity just played a tape of Al Gore himself blaming Barry's performance on the mile high altitude and his arrival at 2:00 PM the day of the debate whereas Romney spent several days there.

Interesting!I wouldn't put it past him to have learned to speak as he does for just that reason. There is nothing about him I trust. I find his speaking like fingernails on a chalkboard.
