O'Reilly vs. Stewart (Stewart confuses Debt and Deficit)

Jon Stewart confuses the National Debt and the Deficit in O'Reilly vs. Stewart Rumble 2012. Stewart thought Bush ran up a 10 trillion dollar national debt during his 8 year Presidency. He thought we had a 100 billion dollar surplus on the national debt from the Clinton Administration, when in fact it was on the deficit, not the debt.
In Stewart's mind, Obama's 6 trillion dollar growth to the debt isn't as bad as Bush's. It's Bush's fault.
O'Reilly tried to correct him, but I am not sure he or his followers understood the obvious mistake.

Over a million people watch that “fool” every day and believe everything that spews from his mouth.
The same goes for O’Reilly...

To be honest, I’ve confused debt with deficit and vice-versa myself. It’s easy to do.
To: Kickass Conservative
Actually, in the case of O’Reilly, it is about 4.5 Million people a day.

Stewart is an ACTOR. Not a political commentator, or informed about politics in any way. He believes what his writers shit out is true and is surrounded by liberals and Obama cultists.

Raising the kids, years back, they had the same confusion as we were working through the whole left-vs-right political discussion. I ended up telling them:
Deficit is how we grow the debt... They’ve had that concept straight, ever since.

If O’Reilly had his sh*t together, he’d let Greg Gutfeld have a piece of Jon Stewart.

I thought Stewart was taller than Barbara Mikulsky! His brain is definitely smaller!
Have either of these Bozos ever held a public office where the voters had an opportunity to show what the public thinks of their perspectives?
To: fatnotlazy
To be honest, Ive confused debt with deficit and vice-versa myself. Its easy to do.But you didn't do it on TV, pretending to have some qualifications to take about such things and getting paid a fortune to do so.

Somehow, O’Reilly’s ego has convinced him that everybody thinks his little relationship with Jon Stewart is as funny and cute as HE thinks it is. The idiot actually said the country was eagerly anticipating this debate.

Bill is confused a lot, but I think we needed his in your face ego to wean some of us off of the Liberal Media teat back in the early Fox News days.
I stopped watching this (15 mins in) when Stewart made it obvious it was a waste of time.
