First I have heard of "Turnspeak", very interesting, and it sure fits Obama's method of speech, it is often so convulated I don't know what he said, as his answers never seem to address the question asked him.
Sometimes he says one thing, then contradicts a little later. Must be so that he can say "I didn't say that" or "Let me be Clear".
In every lie there is an ounce of truth, so Obama lies, then also tells his real truth, but no one catches it.
I give up.

The Congressional Record for May 24, 2007 shows Senator Barack Obama present that day and voting on the bill that waived the Stafford Act requirement. Moreover, he was one of just 14 Senators who voted against repeat, AGAINST the legislation which included the waiver.
This is big but the way it has come forth takes too much time and/or a long read or viewing. Where are the brains who can cut this story down to explain it in a 30 second ad? This really shows the real Obama more than almost anything else. It covers the entire spectrum of negativity, deceit and dishonest character.

LOL! MY '73 Dodge Charger never failed...to break down on me. And Dodge engines are unnecessarily more "complicated" to figure out what was wrong. At least in that era.
Maybe they're easier to work on nowadays. Back then, forget it. And it was 1986. So it wasn't THAT old. I spent more time UNDER it than inside it.

Senate had in fact voted 80-14 to waive the Stafford Act requirement for New Orleans, as it had waived that requirement for New York and Florida. More federal money was spent rebuilding New Orleans than was spent in New York after 9/11 and in Florida after hurricane Andrew, combined. That's what leapt out at me, also.
Thanks for the Ping, Jaz.

If he doesn’t bring it up in the next debate he’s nuts. He could absolutely destroy all hope for the Kenyan on national TV, just flat out finish him. All he has to do is pose this question: “President Obama..why did you vote against the act then blame it on racism?” DOH!

Where are the brains who can cut this story down to explain it in a 30 second ad? An ad merely has to show Obama railing about the Stafford Act and New Orleans--freeze frame--with a voiceover pointing out that Obama was one of only 14 senators to vote AGAINST the Stafford Act. Then repeat the clip for emphasis.
If this doesn't show what a loathsome individual Barry is, I don't know what will.

If Obama tries the 47% tape, Romney should counter about the tape showing Obama in a deliberate lie to stir up racial hate.
That would shut this lyin’ little community organizer down real quick because he can’t deny it when he is on tape saying it.
