Wow - AARP, NBC, now Big Bird claim they’re being used by the Obamaites - well , what can you expect from those who think the rest of the world exists to keep them happy?......

DeMint should do his homework. Seasme Workshop (who now produces the program) receives NO federal money.

Now, the article does state that PBS gets funds and they do broadcast the show. I found it interesting that it reports that PBS gets $455 million a year from taxpayers and that is supposedly “only” 15% of their overall budget.

Wow...do the math. That’s a budget of almost $3 billion! And they can’t find someone else to give them $455 million? How about rich, fat cat liberals that give crap to charity (Biden, Gore) et al?

And, of course, the liberals say “it’s not very much in the overall federal budget”. Folks, if you can’t save the nickels and dimes from a budget, you will NEVER be able to cut real, and useless, spending.
