Actually, I think Oblahblah thought that smirking and looking down was all he needed to do to “win”. It must of been a hell of a surprise to him when the MSM didn’t report on his ingenious debate strategy.

My favorite Christmas movie of all time is “A wish for wings that work” with Opus the penguin, etc. In the end some birds grab him and lift him up and he is “flying”, and Opus is all excited “hey guys - I’m flying - I’m REALLY flying!!”

I agree. Even the things he did say wasn’t relevant and some was simply mishmash - it made no sense. I got confirmation of that with the after reports w/Rudy said the same - he couldn’t follow him.
What gets me is that this STILL is the narrative that Obama only lost on STYLE,not substance.
He got thrashed on BOTH style and substance. This is covering up the reality that the “47 %” thing wouldn’t make one bit of difference.
It is like claiming that Custer lost because he wore the wrong hat.

What shocked him is the MSM reported he lost. He was expecting them to sing his praises. And if the MSM said he’d won, the idiotic liberal voters would have believed it.
I am not sure about that. Obama is narcissistic. His mental illness is furthered along by the press touting his grandeur.
There is an interesting post over on HIllbuzz from someone who has had to deal with a narcissist. It is in reference to the theory that Obama concocted the disaster of a scheme over in Libya.
You can’t judge Obama by your standards. You have to use the standards of someone who is mentally ill.
I think it is possible that he believed he won. He can do no wrong. There is no Plan B because , of course, Plan A will work.
