I would like to suggest that Lamb is simply a scrooge, but she is a model of bureaucratic incompetence.

Lamb is a “process” person ..... that’s all I’ve heard from her the entire hearing. Process, not priorities .... process, procedure, bureaucracy. It’s a wonder more lives haven’t been lost before now.

Kennedy, who in turn reports directly to Secretary of State Clinton. A primary responsibility of Boswell and Lamb in Libya was enforcing the “No Marines, No Bullets” State Department Rules of Engagement for Libya document signed by Secretary Clinton some time within the past year and a half after the fall of Khadafi’s dictatorship in Libya.
On Tuesday Breitbart News reported that Under Secretary Kennedy briefed Capitol Hill staffers on September 12, 2012 that the Benghazi attacks of the previous day had been carefully planned.
Right, and the outcome truly proved that security was her “main concern.”

There is a reason why there is no budget for using expensive assets:
Its because Obama never did get the proper Constitutionally required permission from Congress to wage war on Libya, and therefore did not have the proper funds for security in the aftermath ( One wonders where Obama’s executive orders were when needed.).

I doubt it. I would begin to feel somewhat better if Lamb, Kennedy, Clinton and Rice were made to go to the burnt out consulate for duty, with the same security Ambassador Stevens and the others had.
