Nor does anyone else. I’ve been waiting for legal and Constitutional experts to write current and applicable articles on this very question. So far...crickets!
We can’t rely on official definitions (dictionary, history, Constitution) anymore. It’s as if the word has been erased from our civil life.

I’ve only heard a little bit of Issa’s opening statement- but from his tone (so far) I think Hillary is going to throw O under the bus. Issa thanks Hillary for her cooperation etc..which tells me she MAY be willing to give O the bottom of her shoe. We’ll see.
Also- interesting to hear John Bolton’s take- he reminds us there are the CAREER people at State and then there are the political people there- two different groups with different goals. He says the career people are NOT going to take the hit for the political guys who he implies are the ones making these decisions.

The reason why these hearings may unearth a lot is that it pits Hillary against Obama. Issa has been very gracious and complimentary to Hillary in his comments so far, almost exceptionally so..like he's offering her a lifeline..
She has some 'splaining to do..
Not sure I buy that line of reasoning entirely cause our state department is teaming with democrat and Marxist hacks. They use to give Bolton hell all the time....but I hope he is right.
