PPP, a Democratic polling outfit, has long been viewed by suspicion by not only conservatives but by independent, credible pollsters. Now there is all the more reason to discount its “polling” as shoddy partisanship.
I spoke by phone today with Wisconsin voter Dave Summers, who lives in the Madison area. He told me, “I got a survey. I don’t normally answer these calls, but I did [this time]. I started out pretty normal — President, Senate.” However, he said it then got weirder. The automatic survey asked if he had a favorable or unfavorable impression of Sean Hannity and Tucker Carlson. He said he was greatly disturbed when the automated call then asked, “Do you believe conservative media want white people to think Barack Obama hates them?” He said, “That bugged me.”
I called Tom Jensen of PPP. He said that it was his poll. I asked whether this wasn’t a classic advocacy poll designed to get a specific answer. He demurred, “Well, we were asking a series of questions about conservative media.” He said that this call followed the posting on Drudge of the 2007 video in which then-Sen. Barack Obama talks about Hurricane Katrina and denying aid to residents. He claimed that since conservative media were trying to make an issue of this, it was important to see whether that effort (to poison the thinking of white voters, I suppose) was “successful.”
Wasn’t a question that put the conclusion in the question a leading question? “No, it wasn’t a leading question,” Jensen insisted. He then sent over the questions, which for reasons he did not explain were not released publicly.
There are no questions about liberal media or bias. To ask the question is to assume that conservative media are up to make white people fear Obama.

Have you noticed the Erie quiet out of Pelosi and Reid? My guess is they are out rallying the troops to obstruct, obstruct, obstruct, and are working w/ their K-Street Minions to make life miserable for Romney / Ryan pst January 20th....
Expect to see more crisis type stories from the press, especially trumped up garbage from the likes of Smuckey Chumer and Levin for starters in January and Feburary....

They don't have to. I was concerned about him ever since Alan Keyes warned everybody who would listen. That whole bit about how he won his state senate seat in Illinois was pretty creepy. Add to that his Marxist childhood and his Islamic background... well, that was quite enough.
We can assume that it would be California and New York or California and some other democRAT run hell hole.
I would have to think it is Illinois..

I thought the same thing. He hated having to be in that debate, because he knew he was going to lose anyway, and yet here he was being forced to confront someone smarter, more knowledgeable, and more articulate than himself on live television without the hand-picked hoards of adoring admirers, without his adoring media to cover for him, and without someone to whisper all the answers in his ear.

Well..., I think the WaPo needs to do about ten thousand such acts of contrition before I will trust it. I remember the fervor they utilized when taking Nixon down, and the lack of interest when they had the pride of the Dixie Mafia in there. Now they run cover for the pride of the Islamic Jihad.
Nah, I’m not prone to give them any awards.
Coutler's "Mugged" was perfectly timed to explain to conservatives why they have no need to feel "white guilt". And I think not having a job is going to override racial loyalty for a huge number of blacks who truly take pride in being independent and would rather get a pay check than a welfare check.
That gradual descent might turn into a lightning fast steep drop....as the Democrat desperation grows. I put nothing past this administration and the leftists that support it.
Rush said they’ve got no October surprise and nothing else to use. I wouldn’t bet on it.
