I could see him tell Biden “Shut up, you big dope!” when he interrupted or laughed.
That wasn't my impression at all. Biden seemed to be desperately trying to intimidate Ryan, and Ryan was mildly amused by it all.

Actually Ryan did exactly that. About half way through the debate as I recall. It was respectfully done, and it was forceful...Biden actually sat back in his chair and shut up..stunned I suppose that the young pup woul dare speak to him in such a way. If you get a chance...rewatch the debate...the moment goes by rather quickly...but it does happen.
I was actually considering spending the day rewriting Hendrix’s ‘Hey Joe’, but I have floors to clean, laundry to do, grocery shopping calling me, and caulking and painting the outside of the house to complete before the winter storms begin!
It appears, now that Fox seems to be drifting ever leftward, that CNN might aspire to take than viewership.

Correcto. Ryan has one great very natural thing going for him. He's the guy every older woman would like to have for a son. Plus he's the guy every younger chick would love to have for a husband.
(Not to mention he's the guy most dudes would like to go hunting with.....)

I think Joe got into THE FOREIGNERS stash and shared a doobie with the moderator before the debate. It was the worst debate I think I ever saw. She looked and acted stoned and at times I thought she joined in with THE GRINNING IDIOT and was debating against Ryan. This kind format should never be used again. The first debate format should be the model for all future debates.
