Actually Ryan did exactly that. About half way through the debate as I recall. It was respectfully done, and it was forceful...Biden actually sat back in his chair and shut up..stunned I suppose that the young pup woul dare speak to him in such a way. If you get a chance...rewatch the debate...the moment goes by rather quickly...but it does happen.
I missed it! It must have happened when I was at the refrigerator looking for a cold...er...soft drink.
