Fox News ^

As President Obama began to hunker down at a plush resort here for three full days of debate prep, his campaign team signaled the incumbent may steal a page from Vice President Joe Biden and show a more aggressive tone in Tuesday's second face-to-face showdown with Republican Mitt Romney. "Gov. Romney has been making pitches all of his life and he knows how to say what people want to hear whether that was during his time at Bain or during the dozens of town halls he did during the primary," said Obama campaign spokeswoman Jen Psaki said Saturday.

The Romney counter attack will get under Obma’s skin and he will blow it big time.

As the T shirt says. “Apparently, Obama thinks Americans are more concerned with what Mitt Romney does with his money than they are concerned with what Obama does with their money.”

I hope to God Obama does go "there." Obama thinks he is a business King Midas and the whole time he has been a King LietoUs. Romney gets to talk about the Coal Industry, Gas Prices, Solyndra, GM, the Canada/US pipeline, the 500K jobs a month his "summer of recovery" brought us and a litany of other topics.

This will be playing into Romney's hands if Obi goes there.

I’m paranoid. I think it’s red herring.

Seriously, these people see the world much differently than we do.
Carney’s view of the VP debate is amazing to me.

Obama knows he cannot be laidback.
Obama will go in with the intention of being aggressive.

If Romney can get under his skin — and I bet he can — I think Obama might lose it in an effort to be aggressive and strong. He’ll overplay his hand and really turn people off.

Mitt needs to come back with numbers. Such as: At Bain I generated 12 billion for the economy, on which I paid so much in taxes. I employed this many people who were then able to contribute to the overall economy and paid so much in employment taxes and federal taxes. They bought homes and cars and clothes and that money created jobs too.

As short and sweet as possible.

Someone emailed a photo of a billboard comparing Romney/Bain with Obama.

The left column:

Bain Capital invested PRIVATE money in:
AMC Entertainment
Burger King
Burlington Coat Factory
Clear Channel Communications
Dominos Pizza
Dunkin’ Donuts
Guitar Center
Sports Authority
Staples
Toys ‘R’ Us
Warner Music Group

The middle column:
Obama invested TAXPAYER money in:
Solyndra – BANKRUPT
Enter 1 - BANKRUPT
Beacon Power - BANKRUPT
Abound Solar - BANKRUPT
Amonix Solar - BANKRUPT
Spectra Watt - BANKRUPT
Eastern Energy - BANKRUPT
General Motors - FAILING

All of these companies’ founders were Obama campaign contributors

The bottom column:
Think about it… Do you want a businessman who has generated billions and provided jobs to thousands of people

or

A President who has wasted trillions of your money to put cash in friends’ pockets and put employees out of work?

Romney should respond that he actually ran a successful business and been an executive unlike the community organizer.

Probably will focus on the fact that Romney engaged in business to make a profit.

And, he did.

Profit.

The horror....the horror...

Obama never mentioned Bain in the first debate. That was big of him.

Well here’s something Romney never mentioned: Fast and Furious

Bring it on.

Romney will have no problem contrasting his record at Bain with Obama's record as Pres..ent.

“That man...in the last debate? That was not the real Mitt Romney. Now excuse me while I go figure out what kind of Obama needs to show up for the next debate. I’ve only got a few days left to practice.”
