That’s the only cogent and consistent opinion as to what really happened over there that I have read. I am sorry to say you are probably right.

I can’t find any legitimate reason why our embassy wasn’t secure. There is no reasonable reason I can come up with.

It’s 9/11 anniversary in Libya. Why on that day, or on ANY day, would we not have Marines guarding our embassy?

I have been advocating the same theory for a month with no reaction from anyone because it was intuition not backed up with fact. Thank you for filling in the details. This entire episode was a set-up. Even the producer of the “movie” is a shadowy figure. Supposedly he is a “Coptic Christian” yet his family denies this and he has connections with radical Muslims. This situation was suppose to be the “October Surprise” we were all expecting. It was botched by patriots who were not part of the plan. There is no comparison to Watergate... this evil plan took the lives of brave Americans and involves treasonous collusion with our enemies.

Mine has long been Lakin walking them out in handcuffs, out the back door past the other garbage and straight into Lakin's old cell for the rest of eternity. I'll give you Seal Team 6 escorting them out and am adding the Hawaii Dept. of Health, Gov. Pothead to Leavenworth party and most of the Hill. Heck, just fence off D.C. with razor wire and call it a day.

I have also come to the same inclusion especially when you note that the Chinook helicopter was brought down with one of those SAM's killing 38 of our finest when the CIA was supposed to have secured all of those SAM's when Gadafi went down, along with some chemical weapons and some nuclear material.

It is also interesting that peace talks with the Taliban broke down after they used that SAM to knock down the Chinook

I think trading the blind sheik in exchange for the 30,000 SAM's & other weapons for a kidnapped Stevens was the October surprise...why else would you send him to such a danger zone stripped of all protection...nothing else makes any sense!

I've often wondered right from the beginning if before the convention Obama promised Morsi that the US would not recognize Jerusalem as Israel's capital. Out of political pressure Obama was forced (and reluctantly so) so change it back during the convention.

Whether there was a promise or not I'm sure Morsi was disappointed.

There were LOTS of Muzzies at the DNC convention (probably because of Obama's stance on this issue and they voted "NO!" at the convention.

I still think THIS video had something to do with the terrorist attack in Benghazi.
