Oh, our aching sides! As Twitchy reported yesterday, daredevil and skydiver Felix Baumgartner made his space jump, in which he hoped to travel faster than the speed of sound.

Science is hard, to lapdogs. Especially for the ones at MSNBC, evidently. Sound? Light? Same difference! No need to let pesky science get in the way.

Faster than light? Just think about how much he must’ve weighed.

I think Felix would be playing Tom Petty’s “Free Fallin’”!

did the Vulcans notice and drop by some podunk town in Montana to say Hi?

We did but everyone laughed at us and called us "strekkers"or something.

We had no logical alternative but to call the Vogons in to do some galactic redecoration. You have only 200,000 if your Earth years. Or you can vote democrat in your US of A and we will watch you destroy yourselves.

And if you see that jerkwad Klaatu, tell him we are not amused by him or his android pimp.

No wonder I didn’t see him. And I thought it was because I forgot to set the DVR.

OMG!! SERIESLY?!

I just told my nine and eleven-year-old Sons about this.
Then told them that they’re smarter than most in the news business.

Things like this make EXCELLENT examples to children to compel them to excellence in all that they do.

I wonder if “Sci-Fi Felix” was going fast enough in warp drive to time travel into the future as Einstein predicted. Inquiring minds want to know.

Nope. Isn't it obvious? He went to the past—1947, to be specific. After all, he was at Roswell.

True enough. Good point. I was just thinking of the differentiation of speeds light vs sound. Didn’t think about the lack of sound waves being able to disburse in a vacuum.

The questioner asked Andrea, how long does it take to get to Uranus, Andrea replied “About 15 minutes and a six pack”.

LOL!
