(Editors note: Colin Flaherty has done more reporting than any other journalist on what appears to be a nationwide trend of skyrocketing black-on-white crime, violence and abuse. WND features these reports to counterbalance the virtual blackout by the rest of the media due to their concerns that reporting such incidents would be inflammatory or even racist. WND considers it racist not to report racial abuse solely because of the skin color of the perpetrators or victims.)

DeAndre Felton and his crew had a problem: The mall was closed. The curfew in effect. But they were still high on drugs and wanted to have more fun. So they decided to beat someone up.
Turns out they chose The Wrong Guy.

The official figures, which examine the ethnicity of those accused of violent offences in London, suggest the majority of men held responsible by police for gun crimes, robberies and street crimes are black.
-snip-
The data provide a breakdown of the ethnicity of the 18,091 men and boys who police took action against for a range of violent and sexual offences in London in 2009-10.
They show that among those proceeded against for street crimes, 54 per cent were black; for robbery, 59 per cent; and for gun crimes, 67 per cent. Street crimes include muggings, assault with intent to rob and snatching property.
Just over 12 per cent of Londons 7.5 million population is black, including those of mixed black and white parentage, while 69 per cent is white, according to the Office for National Statistics.

“My EXTREMELY LIBERAL friend with lots of inner city experience refuses to ride a bike anywhere near groups of young black men. That’s not racist, it’s just Common Sense.”
Actually that is the definition of racist.
I sadly concur with your analysis...
Most of these young folks (men and women) were raised without having the intrinsic value of respect for the law of the land...
Likewise lacking in the instruction and mutual respect for others, the family, community, church, as well as the basics of common morals & ethics.
Living within the shared boundaries of a civil society has many benefits... generally including public safety.
OTOH...
If you live like a feral animal-- you may well die like a feral animal.
I am sorry for this family's loss and pain -- after the fact.
I am also sorry they didn't teach him any better than to live & die as a failed predator.

Trying to understand the prefix “De” in this context. Is it a regional dialect version definitive article for the following proper noun?
I don't google, I Bing. The first one there gave a very long synopsis of black on white crime, the criminals and victims.
at least two extra mags, you don’t know who all on the street will just join in.
LITTLE BLACK ANGELS
Once upon a time there were two good little black boys, on their way home from a long day helping at the Church charity dinner.
Tired, but not too tired to take time to assist the older white gentleman across the street.
Then, when he turned on them they knew it was for no good reason.
It had to be because they were black.....
