Many in the punditry need to re-visit the section of the debate last night between Romney and Obama addressing the Libya question.

“The American People are offended that you would pretend a video is responsible for your foreign policy failures!”

Romney should have said......

Paul Harvey’s the rest of the story!

I heard a story yesterday while in Washington, DC. The the guards hired by the British firm were known Jihadist’s. It true this would be the nail in Obama’s reelection chances. If the story is true then it makes sense for Romney to wait until Monday’s debate. Allowing obummer to really keep his lies going until the can bring his regime down.

Has anybody else heard this about the guards being Jihadists?

When it happened that’s what I thought - Obama is trapped and he knows it. Then Crowley stepped in - the fat witch. So everyone focused on her stepping in and Romney sort of stuttering about this but I’m sure he was stunned at the whole thing - doubt he’s ever had to face such a pack of low life thieves - especially in full view of the world.

Romney could’ve told Barky to go to a round and pee in the corner, and and he’d have been cornered.

Romney could’ve told Barky to go to a round room and pee in the corner, and and he’d have been cornered.

Romney set up the next debate well. It's foreign policy. Mitt will be prepared. Obama will stumble and mumble all over the place.

I heard that the first week. But even more curious is the fact that the State Dept. withdrew all of the security in August, over the objections by the Ambassador.

Has anybody else heard this about the guards being Jihadists?

Has anybody else heard about the charade of trading the "kidnapped" Ambassador for the blind sheik?

I liked this exchange also because Romney gave Zero the stink eye. Loved that.

Obama’s outrage is outrageous. He has more than once used the bodies of those killed in Benghazi for political purposes and Romney is calling him on it. During the debate Romney had to let Obama have his say and trust that the American people will reach their own conclusions. I believe those who watched and are trying to think found Obama’s outrage patently offensive. I know I did.

Yes.

The Disaster is set up for Monday and Romney is going to whack him mercilously with this Monday. He is on record with an outright lie. He can also whack the media “despite what you and Ms. Crowley tried to make the audience believe...”

The Disaster is out on the LIE trail and he won’t be able to practice so I expect a real disaster for him.

But before the pundits continue to beat up on Romney for lost opportunities and a flubbed answer, Romney pounded Obama on his Rose Garden claims. With deadly seriousness he looked at Obama and said "I think it's interesting the President just said something which is that on the day after the attack, he went into the Rose Garden and said that this was an act of terror.'"...Obama interjected: "That's what I said." Bam!...well finally some of these supposed political whizzes are beginning to catch on to what really happened - Romney set Obama up brilliantly as a liar - either about what he meant to say in the Rose Garden or his pathetic story about the offensive videotape that followed for three weeks - and got him on camera in a bit of phoney moral outrage to boot.....

I also think that Obama getting Candied during the debate will make it more difficult for Bob Schieffer to pull much funny business next week. It is also getting ridiculously obvious and gaining traction that Team Obama is getting significantly more time on answers, less interruptions and more than their share of “the last word” on questions. Three debates running with all of the above... I think it puts Schieffer in a tight spot to try to appear somewhat professional and neutral.

I think Schieffer will be the best of all. He’s a lib but he’s an old school lib and I think he might actually play fair. Especially after seeing Jaba’s performance as moderator yesterday.

It’s funny that they replaced Schieffer with perky Katie and the ratings went down. Too funny.

We’ll see.
