Workplace violence, etc., etc., etc. Trickle down TREASON. Sooner or later government officials, rather than soldiers and innocent civilians, get killed.
What’s all the fuss? /sarcasm
who’s her vice president her mother?
If a cover-up seems particularly egregious, one may wish to ask whether the cover-up really is worse than the initial crime. Perhaps the thing covered up is far worse than most folks imagined.
Thanks for pointing that out. My mistake —and good article. BOR makes me gag.
Good piece; and what, IMO, is very telling, is that there are NO comments at the column’s Newsday site. The great majority of their readers are libs.
The author is perplexed as to why Obama would push the “film” excuse when he knew it was a planned assault.
It’s obvious he was playing electoral politics (since a planned attack shattered his myth of marginalizing Al Quaeda). But the fundamental reason was that Obama was simply following his foreign policy doctrine of “non-response to provocation.” Acknowledging an Al Quaeda attack would put him under pressure to respond decisively, with force. In his mind, demonstrations of force only offend Islamic sensibilities and motivivate more opposition. Much better to deny Al Quaeda the credit, and take the Islamist side by apologizing for a film. Ironically, this gave the film vast publicity, compounding its ability to offend by a factor of millions. He believes the rest of us are too stupid and ignorant to appreciate his cleverness.
Clinton failed to respond effectively to the first WTC bombing, the African embassy bombings, or the attack on the U.S.S. Kohl, and quashed the investigation into the downing of TWA Flight 800. Next stop: 9/11. Obama’s “Peace through Weakness II” foreign policy matters a great deal more than the Benghazi coverup. In the third debate, I hope Mr. Romney will get beyond Obama’s petty lies and expose the emptiness of O’s entire foreign policy.
The author is William F. B. O’Reilly, not the gas bag on Faux Noos.
Yeah, somebody told already. My bad—I have a reflex reaction everytime I see BOR. Good article by the way.
Must be a gag reflex...I get it, also. Agreed...good article.
