For 17 seconds, Phoenix, Arizona CBS News affiliate KPHO ran a lower third graphic that showed that Obama had won the Nov. 6 election over Gov. Mitt Romney with 99% of the precincts reporting. The lower third graphic appeared around 3:30 p.m. on Oct. 19, during an episode of The Peoples Court.
The CBS News graphic showed Obama winning the election with 43 percent of the vote nationwide to Romneys 40 percent - or 40,237,966 votes to 38,116,216. It is unclear who garnered the other 17 percent in the fictional election results.
KPHOs general manager did not return The Daily Callers request for comment by time of publication.

Every body can have a dream. I would recommend that their programmer put down the crack pipe and try a dose of reality.
Who ever was responsible for this lowlife propaganda (not error) should be fired ASAP.

17%, that’s Ross Perotian.
So let me get this straight..Obama ONLY gets 43 percent of the vote and still wins LOL..My math skills aren’t the best in the world but let’s see how this works out..Obama gets 43 percent, Romney gets 40 percent and Im supposed to believe that 17 people vote for someone else..COME ON..something doesn’t smell right here
Something smells....
All this just goes to show that the MSM really has abandoned any pretext of impartiality. They are so deeply in the tank, they give Yellow Journalism a bad name.
Mitt is perfectly correct to treat them like the enemy. They are.
Oh jeez..
watch the network news on election day, just for fun..
with less than 1% returns, they will be calling the election for fubo, then will be shocked, I mean SHOCKED with every state romney wins...
same scenario for the past 40 years..
