Disgraced ex-CBS anchor Dan Rather delved into conspiracy theories on Monday, speculating that the Ohio Republican Party could steal the election for Mitt Romney. In a Facebook posting for Dan Rather Reports, the journalist hyped, "The whole upper tier of Ohio state government is in the hands of the GOP now; in very close voting they have the power to influence what votes are counted and how."
Linking back to other conspiracy theories, Rather reminded, "Remember Ohio, Bush v. Kerry in 2004 and Florida, Bush v. Gore in 2000)." The former CBS Evening News host seemed to be echoing the fevered claims of Keith Olbermann, one of the first proponents of the idea that Bush stole the 2004 election.
FAILED CBS anchor Dan Rather
A truism of the Left: whatever they accuse you of, is what they’re currently doing.
Well gee Dan, why not outsmart all those wascally Wepublicans and demand that voters present a photo ID card before marking their ballots? That’d show ‘em! You’ll be a hero! Just like when you were Nixon-baiting!
Isn’t Danny boy bobbing back and forth in the corner and weaving baskets these days?
He’s still on his neverending quest to find out what the frequency is.
Dan Rather? Holy Cow, I thought he was dead or in some institution for dementia sufferers.
I guess he’s still around making things up. He really should get a clue that nobody listens to him anymore.
Eat your applesauce, Dan. The nurse will be around with your meds in a few minutes.
Hey Kenneth! Stick to your own frequency and stay off our airwaves!
It was only a dream.
Sorry, but you're still irrelevent.
Projection, Dan, projection.
No doubt Dan also subscribes to the theory that 9/11 was an inside job; men never walked on the moon, it was shot on a soundstage located in a secret New Mexico location where space aliens have been landing and taking off since WWII; and Elvis is alive and living in a retirement village in Florida.
So says a kook who tried to steal the 2004 election by airing ginned up documents and defending them for days without addressing the immediate controversy, never asking the bigger question of WHO made them or why the DNC helped get them to AP and CBS. He still maintains that they were “fake but accurate”.
Kinda sums up Obama’s birth certificates.
He has been exposed as an OUTRIGHT fraud. Maybe he’ll die of alcoholism or one of the numerous drugs he once boasted he’d tried (from LSD to heroin) as Alan Freed and Joseph McCarthy did (for far less offenses).
Wow, there's a name I haven't seen in a long time. Oberman's not dead, is he?
