Just wondering what the issue was, how long ago did it happen and why was it sealed in the first place. But then, as you say, it can take over two weeks. Also, what’s the big rush on her part. She had plenty of time to bring up whatever she’s digging for. Plus she’s a civil rights lawyer. Was this a civil rights case or criminal? Inquiring minds need to know.

They are not going to pull a 180 and release them in 24 hours just because she is Gloria Allred. There would be an appeals process that would likely take months.
Can the judge lift the gag order tomorrow? If so could parties involved then tell their story?
Mitt Romney has never been divorced..this might be about someone else and Romney testified in that case..if that is the case then the judge should NOT release it as its no one’s business

Im thinking this is much ado about NOTHING..if the Boston Globe is trying to get hold of it its not top secret info, its probably been known for a long time..its just sealed..and I doubt it has anything to do with Romney specifically, might have to do with someone he knows and he testified on that person’s behalf. This is how Obama got to be a US Senator after Ryan's divorce records were unsealed. He withdrew from the race and Obama skated in against Alan Keys. A properly motivated Democrat Judge could unseal court records and lift a gag order to hurt Romney in short order, even though this sounds like Romney provided a deposition and was not a litigant.
