Obama pressures Romney to break his Mourdock ties

These guys like Mourdock and Akin, need to learn how to keep their damn mouth shut about this topic. What in the world compels a candidate - a man especialy - to say things that are this stupid?

It's truly mystifying - especially given that everyone in the world knows the mainstream media is just waiting to pounce on pro-life candidates.

These guys needs to learn how to state their basic position on this subject and shut the hell up. "I am against abortion except in cases where the life of the mother is in danger". Period. No pontificating about their inner struggle with coming to this decision. No talk about various rape scenarios. Just state rehearsed talking points and move on - avoid the minefield altogether.

Now because these guys can't seem to stop themselves from blathering on this topic, we are likely to lose both Missouri and Indiana Senate seats. Missouri is simply a lost pick-up opportunity. Indiana will be an actual loss.

I am disappointed that a more thoughtful and capable candidate did not win the Missouri primary.
