Biden, what can I say? Even though the dems are delusional, they have hemmed and hawed over the possibility that Obama loses and that Biden should be the candidate to beat in 2016. They also think if zero wins, he should be the candidate.
I still remember people who said that Reagan had Alzheimers in the late 80s when he seemed perfectly capable. Gaff prone Biden gets a pass when he is clearly not firing on all four cylinders. He never even had eight cylinders to fire on...
