It’s shredded beef instead of ground. We used to have
a cook in our unit that made the best SOS with shredded beef.
parents were in the military; the smell (properly cooked :) brings..
back memories with "the correct amount" of pepper. 8-D

I’m surprised they didn’t run into some skunks. That is one area I almost see Pepe on every night shift.

doesn't the "strong smell / taste" inhibit enjoyment?...
combined w/ coffee &/ an morning beverage..

Good morning Pro ((HUGS))

are you trying to confuse me with “don’t forget to set your clocks ahead 2 hours Saturday night”?

It’s fall back one hour on the east coast.

Good on you for taking tomorrow off. And woo hoo on your local teams making playoffs.

Just read where Superstorm Sandy was 900-mile-wide storm. Holy Moley!
And reading about some of the not-so-good choices people made during it.

All my weeks except one (end of month) this month will be short ones, so I’ll have to work extra hard. YUCK! LOL

Have a sunnylicious day.

I’ve never used corned beef to make SOS. I usually use sage flavored pork sausage.

Not for me. I don't usually drink while I eat (bad for digestion as it washes the enzymes need for food breakdown out of your mouth). I savor the meal, then the beverage.
