Writing at Instapundit, Elizabeth Price Foley says she’s never seen anything quite like this blistering editorial. I have to agree. It’s astounding.
Based on documents released by the committee, on the day of the attack the Pentagon dispatched a drone with a video camera so everyone in Washington could see what was happening in real time.
The drone documented no crowds protesting any video. But around 4 p.m. Washington received an email from the Benghazi mission saying it was under a military-style attack.
The White House, the Pentagon, the State Department and the CIA were able to watch the live video feed.
An email sent later that day reported “Ansar al-Sharia claims responsibility for Benghazi attack.”
Not only did the White House do nothing, there are now reports that a counterterrorism team ready to launch a rescue mission was ordered to stand down.

Since our national news SUCKS, at least some local news is covering Benghazi!
I keep telling people Obozo isn’t well liked in Las Vegas, but it doesn’t seem very many believe me. In 2008 there were Obozo signs all over and bumper stickers galore. I’ve seen 2, maybe 3, bumper stickers in the last year. They’ve been so rare I actually exclaimed to my daughter, “Oh look- and Obama bumper sticker.” I’ve seen only one yard sign. He didn’t make fans telling people they shouldn’t go to Las Vegas at least twice, resulting in millions lost to the already struggling economy. Las Vegas is actually quite a bit more conservative than people think. To quote a UNLV English department chair, “Just because it’s called ‘Liberal Arts’ doesn’t mean we’re liberal.”
In the last election, the caucus was going overwhelmingly for Ron Paul and the RNC shut it down. People knew Mclame was a RINO and not a conservative. That was quite a scandal here and well known. This year, I had a former Dem. that voted for Obama come to my door to ask me to vote for Paul. She’d seen the light of the mistake she made in 2008. If Obozo wins NV it’ll be because of vote fraud, just like Dingy. People take it personally when their home, their town, is so publicly, nationally, internationally dissed and it affects their jobs. I’m surprised he hasn’t been run out on a rail the last few, or rather multiple times he’s visited. Hypocrite. I’ve seen the anger over the traffic disruption first hand, too. When I voted a few days ago, the woman signing in next to me asked very loudly if they’d fixed the machines since the last time the machine twice showed her vote as one for Obama and Angle.
