Who cares what scientists say?
Left wing politicians and activists know far better!

The way those two were talking, you could be forgiven for thinking they were about to roll out the “BLAME BP” bandwagon again.

It's a bunch of nonsense.
Andy Parks at the Washington Times did some research today and found that since the eighteenth century, 84 hurricanes had struck New York, with the worst probably being in 1938.

Won’t faze libs in the least.

I remember a hurricane pattern study from several years ago. The gist of it was hurricanes have strike patterns that go through cycles of 50 years or so. We have been in a Gulf strike cycle for about that time and are (as per the study) entering an Atlantic seaboard strike cycle.
If this is what is happening the AGW folks will get absolutely rabid after several good whollops to the mid and upper atlantic coast.

Windmills get built and storms explode! Seems clear to me that windmills are causing this weather.

Mehgan McCain has spoken, therefore it's settled.
Geeze you scientists sure are dumb not to believe what all my friends tell me to be true.

Full moon high tide at landfall made this less than Cat 1 storm the killer, not AGW...

...plus a much higher population density than 50 years ago, and people building their houses right up to the surf line.

80-90% natural? LOL, that means that God contributed 10-20%, God being the only supernatural being I’m aware of.
BTW, I’d like to see the math behind that claim since man contribution to co2 in the atmosphere is small and the major greenhouse gas by far is Hydrigen dioxide.

Agreed, totally... Built out to the edge of insane.

Full moon high tide at landfall made this less than Cat 1 storm the killer, not AGW...That wasn't the only feature.
Roger Pielke: Hurricanes and Human Choice
Its central pressure was the lowest ever recorded for a storm north of North Carolina, breaking a record set by the devastating "Long Island Express" hurricane of 1938.
The lower the pressure, then as night follows day, the greater the storm surge also.

I'd say it's 80, 90 per cent natural," said Gerald North, a climate professor at Texas A&M University.I'd say you made those numbers up out of thin air and how does he keep his job? I thought Texas was a conservative state.

Sandy took an unprecedented sharp left turn into New Jersey. Things have been turning sharply left in New Jersey for decades.
