In 59 Philadelphia voting divisions, Mitt Romney got zero votes
Philadelphia Inquirer ^ | 11/12/2012 | Miriam Hill, Andrew Seidman, and John Duchneskie

It's one thing for a Democratic presidential candidate to dominate a Democratic city like Philadelphia, but check out this head-spinning figure: In 59 voting divisions in the city, Mitt Romney received not one vote. Zero. Zilch.

These are the kind of numbers that send Republicans into paroxysms of voter-fraud angst, but such results may not be so startling after all.

"We have always had these dense urban corridors that are extremely Democratic," said Jonathan Rodden, a political science professor at Stanford University. "It's kind of an urban fact, and you are looking at the extreme end of it in Philadelphia."

I just don’t understand ‘what we can do in 2016’ train of thought. There will be nothing left of America by 2016.
This can’t wait. We must act NOW.

I have not heard of precincts with 100% turnout. This article does not mention any, nor any other article from a newspaper like this, nor any official election website that I have read.

I haven’t completely bought in to the notion that voter fraud alone lost this election for Romney (its always been there, and overcoming it is just part of what a GOP candidate has to face).

However, I do find it astonishing that there weren’t any mistake votes for Romney....considering the adult illiteracy rate in Philadelphia is 22%!

At very least, it suggests that some ‘gatekeeper’ was checking the ballots for mistakes before they were fed into the machine - and who would know whether or not this happened, since the GOP observers were kicked out.

I agree on the gatekeeping. These are voting machines so with a lack of R oversight the gatekeeper would simply stand next to the voter and “help” them press the right buttons. An illiterate person should be able to press the giant button next to Obama. An illiterate person with help would be almost certain to press the right button.

Look at the McCain results. They should be easy to compare. Are they similar?

Yes, according to the article.

Then, this should also have been challeged in 2008 and it may have been nipped then. Did anyone bring it up then? How about the precincts that had 100% turnout? And the declining percentage of Republican voters as the election progressed?

We must figure out exactly how they did it and shine a light. It would be good to force the prosecution and make an example of the perpertraitors.

So 17,700 votes for Obama in a row without even a single event of human error? That's one hell of a statistical trend.

What in life can be done 17,700 times without even a single error if not by design?

Processes with this performance are present but they are not so by chance.

AND you KNOW that these people all submitted their votes perfectly 17,700 times in a row without any mistakes at all how?

Get Donald Trump to offer a million dollars to anyone who voted for Romney.

American Crossroads and the other PACS should use their warchests to launcing a nationwide independent investigation into voter fraud. Overvoting in RAT strongholds and underperformance in Repiblican strongholds. The Chicago MOB was strategic. Now, will the Republicans fight back?

So 17,700 votes for Obama in a row without even a single event of human error?

No, not in a row. It's roughly 400 perfect votes in a division, 59 times. There are over 1000 divisions, obviously not all divisions are 100% Obama country. But undoubtedly 100's of them are. So 59 perfect scores out of at least a few hundred tests.

As I said above, the best explanation is gatekeeping where the voter who "might need help" gets some help pressing the right button. A perfect 400 out of 400 is possible without gatekeeping but gatekeeping would make it almost certain.

Other than that, the voting machine is ridiculously easy, there is a large square that turns into a check mark next to Obama. The error rate is going to be very low although I need to look for some academic papers on how low.

And if I get your point, the “gatekeeper” is assigning the vote and in turn committing the fraud? That’s where the process is being influenced by a special cause because common cause variation has to be part of anything we all do and people do and will make errors. Even exceptionally well trained pros, not Philly voters, make errors and they have many elements refined for their success.

I agree that these might be the most Dem precincts but that still assumes that 5% or so are totally defect free and thru over 19000 attempts there are perfect results? Seems like a fairy significant probability that something other than the Philly folk was present to ensure such a level of perfection.

I wouldn’t bother with the academic stuff looking back, instead how about we start checking the stats to see how normal; this is against a larger sample size from this election? How often does this occur, and to what level of confidence?

That would actually be informative for myself and others and really allow us to generate some real data about where voter fraud may or may not be occurring as far as statistical probabilities goes.

The voting system we have is broken. Instead of spending the whole year every leap year for primaries sorting out the candidates, voting methods, voter lists need to be cleared, voting eligibility needs to be clearly defined, voter ID rules need to be established clearly (with proof of citizenship and residency). Military voting should be given priority. Early voting rules need to be made common across the country and hours of voting should be established by time zone rather than state. I am convinced that voting in cities was reported and counted fraudulently giving the election to 0bama.

And what are we going to do about it??? We go through this election after election and nothing changes, it gets worse. I am all ears...I don’t know law, I don’t know the process for appeal for recount. But I’m sure willing to learn. Mob rule is no rule.

How does a Sec. of State verify this? Well, well.... a $64,000 question with Soros for an answer. I have stated here on FR many times that Soros is one evil dude. He means to take down the USA and in The Won - he has found a vehicle AND he's accomplishing his mission.

Don't go ballistic for those of you who don't like Glenn Beck - just read this link: http://www.theblaze.com/stories/glenn-beck-asks-if-you-have-heard-about-the-secretary-of-state-project/

Also - just do a simple Google search for “Soros Secretary of State Project”... wow..... gee.... golly - see what comes up, folks? Evil man, I tell ya.

THIS is how the Secretary of State can certify election results. Do you think Soros, O, Axelgrease, Jarrett, Piaps, and all the rest HAVE a conscience? Nope... just NO

May I humbly suggest that EVERY ONE of us make a call to the RNC and tell them this is unacceptable and ask what they are doing about this, what are they doing to help Allen West in FL and WHAT about the sanctity of our elections in this great Republic? Call them, please.

Translation: We've always had Democrat-controlled precincts committing election fraud.

The gatekeeper may not need to punch the screen at all. It would work something like this: the bros come in and nod to the gatekeeper and make their vote. Someone else comes in, maybe an old woman or something, and the gatekeeper asks if he can help, then helps whether she needs it or not making sure she presses the right button.

Your emphasis on 19000 perfect attempts ignores the 700k total attempts (black population in Philly) and the grouping of 400 attempts into the divisions.

If there are just 100 divisions trying for a perfect Obama score then 59 getting it perfect is not unreasonable (although a gatekeeper would be required to eliminate mistakes and achieve that much perfection).

There are 1700 divisions so there are very likely hundreds of those divisions trying to make the perfect score. With hundreds trying and everybody knowing what they are supposed to do, it is not unreasonable that 59 made it.

Exactly, especially because the level of literacy there is not very high, so if the vote was honest Romney would have gotten some (at least) by mistake. These were engineered and assisted ballots and/or jamming the electronic voting machines.

BTW you can see the stupidity and illiteracy by the perpetrators giving Romney zero votes in their scam

Except that is 59 tests out of 1600. Let's at least assume all 400 people in the division wanted to vote D. Let's say there are 1000 tests of these 400 people (400k out of the 675K blacks). That they got it right 59 out of 1000 times is not impossible. The machines are dumbed down to prevent mistakes.

Here's how I look at it:

There are at least 59 precincts out of 1600. Each precinct reported 100%, and that the vote was 100% 0bama. If there are roughly 6000 registered voters per precinct, and 6000 (or more) of them chose 0bama, then that is a big enough sample to make some assumptions...

If 90% of black voters voted for 0bama, then 10% voted for other candidates. So, not including any errors (e.g. Ethiopians, Somalis, Mexicans were coached through the process with no errors), here's the population of the sample: 354,000.

Now, you and I know that in Chester, S. Philly, etc., Romney was not going to get 10%. But let's say that there were 1000 Republicans in those 59 precincts. That equals .002.

I should have said, statistically improbable, not impossible.
