Wal-Mart files U.S. labor charge against union

Wal-Mart Stores Inc is taking its first legal step to stop months of protests and rallies outside Walmart stores, targeting the union that it says is behind such actions.

Wal-Mart filed an unfair labor practice charge against the United Food and Commercial Workers International Union, or UFCW, asking the National Labor Relations Board to halt what the retailer says are unlawful attempts to disrupt its business.

The move comes just a week before what is expected to be the largest organized action against the world's largest retailer, as a small group of Walmart workers prepare to strike on Black Friday, typically the busiest shopping day of the year.

This only leaves 2,199,990 who won’t strike.

I hope Wal-Mart workers take a lesson from Hostess and beat the crap out of those who picket on Black Friday.

YOUR JOBS are at stake!

I think Walmart should hire some, umm, “contractors” to gently escort the union d!cks off of their property.

Wal-Mart will get what they want.

One of their big bosses gave $1,000,000 to a pro-Obama PAC during the campaign.

Wal-Mart, I believe, is in bed with Team Obama because of the TONS of food stamp money it receives from the government-dependent mouth breathers.

So Wal-Mart is asking the Obama NLRB to rule against a union.

Time for Plan B!

The NLRB now is a Union-Held Ruling Body; with Union-Sympathizers/former accomplices sitting there beating the crap out of private businesses to benefit the Union extortion, and money-funneling/laundering of Dues to the DNC.

Unions should ALL be prosecuted under RICO Statute, AND, all Union Heads should be put in prison for their corrupt racketeering.

Good luck wit dat !

AMEN! Great minds obviously think alike since I've long advocated the aggressive application of RICO to go after the organized crime outfit known as labor unions. Check the thread, Unions Must Go, for my post on the issue.

UNIONS ARE SLAVERY!

As slavery was abolished in the 19th Century, the 21st Century is when every vestige of unionism must be abolished forever. In my 70 years, the highlight of my life was busting a union in the Big Labor region known as Western Pennsylvania. That's accomplishment ranks next only to accepting Christ as my Savior and my marriage to my sweetheart, a wonderful Christian gal.

Unfortunately the courts have ruled many times that unions are excepted from laws even involving violence.

Those millions bought Wal Mart exemption from Obamacare.

About 5 or 6 weeks ago a bunch of WM employees from California came into my wife’s store (store #1! in Rogers, AR), went to Housewares, picked up pots and pans and paraded through the store banging on them, protesting their plight-WORKING OUTSIDE IN THE GARDEN CENTER!!!!

They didn’t make any friends that day, lemme tellya!

I’ve learned that some local malls, Target and some other big name stores are opening on Thanksgiving evening. Why aren’t the unions pestering them?????
