At least 304 uncounted ballots appear in St. Lucie County.
From PBP article before the ballots were found:
At least 304 ballots from the early vote totals may be missing, a state elections official said.
A lawyer for St. Lucie Elections Supervisor Gertrude Walker said the missing ballots are believed to be in a box in her office, but she has been out of the office all day.
She has been undergoing tests at the hospital, her lawyer said.

In Texas, if there is evidence of voter fraud, it is reported to the district attorney. If he needs help with the problem, he asks our State Attorney General Greg Abbott for help and from there that county is in serious trouble. All those ballots would be recounted under the eyes of both Republicans and Democrats. This would have not gone on so long had it been in Texas.
I noted it said the lawyer for the supervisor said she was in the hospital for tests. So, she had lawyered up. I expect her life as a supervisor is over.

Even though I believe that you are correct, once the election is “certified” even though votes weren’t counted, miscounted, the libs will then scream it’s been certified. Once it’s certified, MSM and Murphy will win by default.
In light of this latest proof of the chaos in that office, I can’t imagine the canvassing board not agreeing to do a full recount of all the early votes, and any other subset the state elections people find discrepancies with.

Don’t care how they scream- the law is the law. And the law is on Allen West’s side- all their lies and propaganda can’t change that.
I predict- they will “recess” or “continue” the meeting tonight (rather than adjourn and have to notice all over again and lose another 24 hours.) Tomorrow they will agree to re-tabulate ALL 37000 early votes under the watchful eyes of the state Division of Elections, with or without Gertrude.
Their 5% error rate exceeds both state and federal standards- by a long shot- and they likely understand that by now. If the numbers don’t add up- God help them.
The state has removed an elected Supervisor before- not so long ago- for just this kind of idiocy. Standard procedures don’t let ballot boxes go missing or uncounted. Competent, well trained staff don’t make these kind of sloppy mistakes. And that falls right on her. I think she’s toast, and she knows it. We had another one (Broward, I think) pull this same trick of going to the hospital in the middle of a messy count. They let her retire-
