Seems like some other dirtbags are involved including his younger uncle.
Police have issued arrest warrants for two alleged accomplices: Whitworth's uncle Jacory C. Williams, 30, and Charmaine Williams, 24, both of San Bernardino.

Times being what they are, even the Gov't employees need a side job.
Sad state of affairs that the Gov't workers would abuse the tax-paying citizenry, but then again, I am being redundant.
Prayers to the girl and her family.

Might be in his job description in a Californicate family counseling office. Us non-Californicates need to realize things are just a little more dynamic and hip there when compared to us bible and gun huggers.

I worked in social work for years, I saw firsthand that it is a rotten system which exists to provide employment to unemployable leftists, morons, psychos, and thugs, and which is interested in keeping the poor and miserable poor and miserable in perpetuity.

I was studying to be a psychologist until I realized I didn’t want to listen to people complain all day - many of whom had no intention of ever improving their lives.
So I went into the construction business and got to listen to people complain all day. LOL
